Specific Binks services include the full support for UK and foreign workers looking to take up employed roles or self employed contracts in the UK and Europe.  This includes:

Visa & Work Permits

Where required Binks provide assistance with the application for visa & work permits. As this area can often be a complex and daunting undertaking Binks experience can put forward the options available and can recommend paths to suit specific clients. Binks can support the application process from start to finish with the individual to ensure the best possible outcome.

Offshore Workers

UK Nationals working Offshore in Europe (and Worldwide) and Foreign Nationals working in UK Waters will need to ensure they have the correct permits to do so (dependent on the length of contract and if they are going to have any time “onshore”).

We are here to ensure that if you employ offshore workers (or are an offshore worker) you have the confidence to know that you're  fully compliant with current regulations relating to immigration and right to work.

We can offer advice on:

What permits/visas are needed to work offshore?

The differences between working offshore and onshore

Visa/permit exemptions for offshore workers

How long you can remain 'offshore'?

Do you need one permit or multiple permits?

What will an offshore permit cost?

Binks Immigration Solutions will guide you through the Offshore process to get you the information and documentation that you will need to ensure compliance with post-Brexit regulations.

Working in the UK

Since 1st Jan 2021 the UK runs a Points Based System (PBS) and employing Overseas Nationals will be subject to those individual’s meeting a number of criteria.

Binks are UK Sponsor’s, so are approved to employ Foreign Nationals.

Foreign Nationals (before entering the UK) will need a valid visa and a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from a recognised UK Sponsor. We can assist in obtaining & competing the relevant documentation.

Hiring talent from overseas to work in the UK has changed, and it is worth considering:

What is a points based system (PBS) and how it affects the hiring process for non-UK citizens?

How does an individual accumulate enough points to enter the UK and be awarded a visa?

What are Tier 2 and Tier 5 Visas? Are these the same as Skilled Visas?

Will I be able to apply for Settled Status in the UK?

Does the new system replace the old 'leave to remain' system?

What do I need to earn in the UK to qualify for a visa?

How long does it take to apply for a visa in the UK?
